AND NOW ABOUT BOB AND NORTH AMERICAN CAMERA

With more than 40 years of experience in Wisconsin’s film and video industries, Bob Donnelly has progressed through the ranks as a videographer, film camera loader, first assistant camera, and ultimately, director of photography.

Bob’s extensive production background spans independent feature films, music videos, local and national television commercials, and corporate and training productions.

Notably, he spent four weeks working with Garrett Brown, the inventor of the Steadicam, during the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia, where he supported a range of groundbreaking prototype camera systems.

In 1999, Bob founded North American Camera, establishing a professional camera equipment resource for Wisconsin’s production community. Through this venture, he made Hollywood-caliber equipment accessible to regional filmmakers and content creators who otherwise would have had limited access to such tools.

Today, Bob continues to provide top-tier camera equipment and expertise, supporting image makers in the rapidly evolving landscape of high-end video production.

**** Come on out. Our first meeting (field-trip) elsewhere. See you. Show up about 6:30 or 6:45 to be on time since Bob is gracious enough to host this event for us. Please be on time and respectful of the premises and equipment.****

At our December meeting Director/Writer/Producer gave an inspiring talk to our group. It was well attended and we got lots of great appreciative comments from members and guests. Thank you Mr. Pico for a wonderful evening. Your talk helped many of us to understand the business of filmmaking much better.

SEE YOU WED FEB 11, 7p, at North American Camera!! Enjoy
